An independent party, or Web site, that signs up as Wine Cave
Inc. Affiliate and promotes Wine Cave Inc. products in exchange
for a commission.

- How do I become an Affiliate?
You become an Affiliate by filling out the Affiliate application
which is posted on the Wine Cave Inc. web site.
Please Note: Affiliate applications are subject to approval
and to Wine cave Inc. Affiliate
Agreement.

- How much does it cost to become a Wine Cave Inc. Affiliate?
Nothing! It's free! To join the Wine Cave Inc. Affiliate Program,
all you need to do is sign up.

- How does the Wine Cave Inc. Affiliate Program works?
When you are approved for the Wine Cave Inc. Affiliate Program,
you will be assigned a unique link and an Affiliate ID.
- Unique link
When a customer comes to the Wine Cave Inc. on-line store
by clicking on your unique link and makes purchase, you
will earn commission.
- Affiliate ID
When a customer enters your Affiliate ID in the referral
box on the Check out page (to purchase product(s)) from
the Wine Cave Inc. on-line store, you will earn commission.

- How does Wine Cave Inc. track Affiliate referrals?
Wine Cave Inc. uses cookies to track Affiliates sales. The
function of cookies is solely for the purpose of paying Affiliate
commissions when a customer coming from your web site or with
your Affiliate ID makes a purchase. Cookies remain active
for 30 days, so if customers re-enter (directly or from another
source) our on-line store in that period and make purchases
you still earn commission.

- May I participate if I live outside Canada?
Yes.
Please Note: Commissions are paid in Canadian Dollars. You
will receive a cheque in CAD Dollars, that you can deposit
into your account as you would any other cheque, and your
bank will do the currency exchange.

- When do I earn a referral commission?
You make referral commission when a customer referred by you
makes a purchase from the Wine Cave Inc. on-line store.
Please Note: Commissions are paid in Canadian Dollars. You
will receive a cheque in CAD Dollars, that you can deposit
into your account as you would any other cheque, and your
bank will do the currency exchange.

- How do I get paid?
Wine Cave Inc. will mail you a cheque. Referral fees of 8%
will be paid within 30 days after the close of a calendar
month. If an Affiliate account balance is less than CAD $100.00,
the balance will be held until 30 days after the close of
calendar month. Where the balance is over CAD $100.00. In
other words, you won't get your first check until you have
earned minimum of CAD $100.00.

- Do I have to have a web site to become an Affiliate?
No, having a web site is not a requirement, but we do recommend
it.

- What are the requirements for being an Affiliate?
An Affiliate must have a valid e-mail address to sign up for
the Wine Cave Inc. Affiliate Program.

- Does Wine Cave Inc. provide banners and other sales tools?
Yes. Wine Cave Inc. provides banners and sales tools to its
Affiliates. See here.

- Since you recommend that I have a web site and customized
banners/graphics, does Wine Cave Inc. provide these services?
No, we do not provide these services, but you can contact
our partners at Vikont Solutions
Corp. for them.

- Does Wine Cave Inc. offer any customer support?
Yes, Wine Cave Inc. has a dedicated and knowledgeable Client
Services team that answers e-mails and phone calls from Tuesday
to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7 PM, Saturday: 10AM to 6 PM and Sunday:
Noon to 5 PM. Monday we are closed. (EST)

- What level of technical skill do I need to become an
Affiliate?
Affiliates need to be able to copy and paste HTML code and
place them accurately within the code of Web pages or within
an e-mail and define graphics source (if any). See Wine Cave
