Water and Potassium Metabisulphite Solution
Using a Water and Potassium Metabisulphite Solution for
Sulphite Additions to Your Wine
Using a
solution of potassium metabisulphite and water is a simple and
extremely accurate method of adding precise amounts of sulphite
to your wine. If you have a syringe or graduated cylinder and
a sulphite testing kit, or another way of testing the level
of sulphite in your wine, this is an excellent method of doing
your sulphite additions.
